Our products are assembled and packaged with care. Product availability, ingredients, packaging, and included items may change from time to time.

2. Products & Product Information

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, pricing, dimensions, and other information on our website are accurate.

Because many of our products are individually curated and assembled, the appearance of packaging, food products, boards, textiles, and other components may vary slightly from photographs.

We reserve the right to substitute an item with another item of equal or greater value when necessary due to availability. Any substitutions will be made thoughtfully and will maintain the overall look, quality, and intention of the gift.

Colors may also appear slightly different depending on your device or screen.

3. Orders & Payment

By placing an order through our website, you agree that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order at our discretion, including in situations involving suspected fraud, pricing errors, inventory issues, or other circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling the order.

Payment is processed securely through our payment providers. Your order is not considered complete until payment has been successfully processed.

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship orders to the locations indicated at checkout.

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed during checkout. Once an order has been shipped, delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Fennel & Fizz is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, natural disasters, incorrect or incomplete addresses, or other circumstances outside our control.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to reship the order.

Please inspect your package when it arrives. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at fennelandfizz@gmail.com as soon as possible and include your order number and photographs of the damage so we can determine the best way to help.

5. Returns & Refunds

Because our gift boxes contain food products and are curated and assembled specifically for gifting, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or there is an issue with your order, please contact us at fennelandfizz@gmail.comwithin 48 hours of delivery. We will review the situation and, when appropriate, work with you to resolve the issue.

6. Food & Allergens

Our gift boxes may contain food products and may include ingredients that are allergens or are processed in facilities that handle common allergens.

Fennel & Fizz does not manufacture the food products included in our gift boxes. Customers are responsible for reviewing product labels and ingredient information and determining whether a product is appropriate for themselves or their intended recipient.

If you have questions about the ingredients or allergens in a specific product, please contact us before purchasing.

7. Gift Orders

When placing an order as a gift, please make sure the recipient's shipping information is accurate.

Fennel & Fizz is not responsible for delivery issues resulting from an incorrect address provided by the purchaser.

If you include a gift message, we will make every reasonable effort to reproduce it accurately. We reserve the right to correct obvious formatting or typographical issues when necessary.
